Artemis
At the Tsiolkovsky Lunar Base
The moon goddess… her arrow carries plague and brings death to people.
“This ship is heading to the moon, isn’t it?” Artemis asked.
“That’s right. You know that already, don’t you? Is something bothering you?”
Dr. Minchin, their caretaker (or perhaps their overseer?), replied. She was
the leader of the research lab that created Artemis.
“No, not really. I just had a strange feeling, that’s all. After all, my name is
that of the moon goddess, isn’t it? And that’s where we’re headed,”
Artemis said.
“It’s a beautiful name, isn’t it? Artemis…” Takashi, who had been watching, said
dreamily. It seemed he had a bit of a crush on Artemis.
“Is that so? Thank you. Actually, I quite like it too,” Artemis replied.
（ツィオルコフスキー月面基地にて 月の女神・・・その矢に疫病を載せて人を殺す。 「この船は月へ向かってるのよね？」とアルテミスは言った。 「そうよ。知ってるじゃない？気になることでもあるの？」彼女たちの子守役（監視役？）のミンチン博士は言った。彼女はアルテミスを造った研究所のリーダー。 「いいえ。何となく、不思議な感じがしただけよ。だって私の名前って月の女神の名前でしょう？そこに行くのね」アルテミスは言った。 「綺麗な名前だよね。アルテミスって・・」その様子を見ていたタカシはうっとりするように言った。彼はアルテミスのことが少し、好きみたいだ。「そう？ありがとう。実はね、私も気に入っているのよ。」とアルテミス。）
